What to include
- The reported username and the server or forum affected.
- When and where the incident occurred, including time zone.
- A factual description of what you observed.
- Relevant screenshot or video links you have permission to share.
The team reviews evidence before deciding what action is appropriate. Please avoid public accusations and keep personal details private.
