A useful suggestion explains a player need before prescribing a large feature. The team needs to understand the problem, who encounters it and what a successful change would look like.
Use a short structure
• Situation: where the difficulty occurs.
• Current behaviour: what the player must do now.
• Proposed improvement: the smallest change that could help.
• Benefit: what becomes clearer, faster or more enjoyable.
• Trade-off: who might be affected or what could become harder.
Make the example concrete
Instead of asking for “a better menu,” describe the task that is hard to find. Explain which label confused you and the label you expected. A marked-up screenshot can help if it contains no private information.
Keep scope realistic
A suggestion can be valuable without solving every related problem. Separate essential behaviour from optional decoration. If it depends on a particular plugin or external service, treat that as a dependency to investigate, not a confirmed integration.
Submitting an idea is not a delivery commitment. The team may need to compare it with other needs, test feasibility or ask for clarification. Useful evidence and a clear expected result make that discussion easier.
