A recap is useful when it records what actually happened and what you learned. It does not need exaggerated attendance or a claim that every participant loved the event.
Separate the plan from the result
State the intended activity and what was completed. If part of the plan changed, explain why. Describe attendance only from a record you are authorised to use, and avoid publishing private player information.
Choose a few useful observations
Where did people need clarification? Did the meeting point work? Was the activity length comfortable? Were there device or connection difficulties? A short, specific observation gives the next organiser more help than a collection of broad compliments.
Handle feedback fairly
Report comments as feedback rather than universal conclusions. A response from one player does not represent everyone. If you used a questionnaire, say how many responses you received and keep nonresponses separate from positive answers.
Pick the next adjustment
Choose one or two changes that address the most important difficulty. Assign a check that can show whether the change helped, such as asking a new participant to follow the joining instructions without coaching.
Before sharing the recap, check image permissions and remove private chat. A smaller honest story builds more trust than a dramatic result that the records cannot support.
