Do not publish email addresses, verification links, access tokens, payment records or someone's personal details. Private support still needs only the information relevant to the issue, not your password.
A useful way to split the content
Imagine a connection error caused by a version mismatch. The public lesson can describe how to compare versions. The private request can contain your specific account context and the exact time of the failed attempt. Solving the problem does not require turning the private conversation into a public case study.
