An appeal asks for a restriction to be reviewed. The strongest request is factual, specific and easy to compare with the relevant record. It should explain the review you want without promising or demanding a particular outcome.
Identify the restriction
Include your affected username, the server or community area, the approximate time and the reason shown to you. If there is a reference number, copy it exactly. Say whether the restriction prevents joining, chatting or another action.
Explain your position
If you believe there was a mistake, describe the specific point you dispute and the evidence that supports it. If your actions caused the problem, explain what happened and what you would change. Do not invent an alternative story or submit another person's account as your own.
Preserve context
A short isolated screenshot can omit what happened immediately before it. Offer relevant surrounding context privately, while removing unrelated personal information. Distinguish what you directly observed from what another player told you.
Use one conversation
Keep follow-up information in the same request. Repeated submissions do not make evidence stronger, and an appeal does not authorise bypassing the restriction. The reviewer may need clarification; a calm, complete response makes that easier.
